"Mob Wives" alum Renee Graziano is revealing what caused a recent drug overdose.
Graziano opened up about last year's harrowing ordeal as a guest in a teaser for an upcoming episode of the "Dumb Blonde" podcast hosted by Bunnie XO, the entrepreneur and wife of country music star Jelly Roll.
"I died in a restaurant in Florida. I was dead, intubated for three days. No one in my family came to the hospital and I spent nine days there learning how to walk again," Graziano told the host in a snippet shared by TMZ. "That was it for me."
Graziano said somebody gave her a bag of fentanyl last September when it was supposed to be another substance.

The VH1 star also shared the heartbreaking reason behind her family not visiting the hospital.
"They said I wasn't going to make it and my family didn't want to, they just couldn't do it," Graziano recalled.
Then, Bunnie XO asked if the family didn't come because "they just had enough."
"I don't blame them. I don't. I've put them through hell. Hell, I put them though," Graziano said.

Graziano rose to fame on the reality television series, which lasted six seasons and detailed the lives of Staten Island women with connections to men serving time in prison for mob-related crimes. The show was created and executive producer by Graziano's sister Jenn Graziano.
On the show, the 55-year-old was known for sparring with the other women in rage-fueled fights and her fascinating relationship with son AJ. Her former husband Hector Pagan helped send Graziano's father Anthony to prison and also served time for murder.
